Details
On Mozilla-1.1.
When body has the style "overflow:auto", body height seems invalid.
http://www.bassdrive.com/ has valious scrollbar height whenever I see...
----------------- test code ------------
<html><head>
<style>
body {
//height:100%;
overflow: auto;
margin: 0px;
padding: 0px;
}
</style></head>
<body>
<pre>
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
(REPEAT)
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
</pre>
</body></html>
-------------------------------
In this testcase, body height seems (contents height - h-scrollbar height).
If "height:100%;" confirms, it seems drawing area height.
What is the standard of body height?
IMHO, although body has "height:100%" or not, it should carry out the same effect.

Is it related with bug 157099 ?

height:auto and height:100% on <body> should indeed be the same as long as
<html> is auto-height.
With your test code I see the same behavior no matter whether I set height:auto
or height:100%, in a current mozilla trunk build.

The issue described by this bug originally (mis-sizing by the scrollbar height)
has been fixed for a while now (got fixed after 1.1).
And no, bug 93520 is not related.
