User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:79.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/79.0
Steps to reproduce:
On Windows 10 with Webrender:
- watch a video on youtube (ex: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=10&v=qldxyjEjjBQ)
- (optional) set the video quality to 144p
Tested with Intel and Nvidia GPU.
Actual results:
Video appears to be scaled using a nearest-neighbor interpolation.
Expected results:
Video should be scaled using a better algorithm (bilinear, bicubic, Lanczos etc.)

hi, thank you for the report - it looks very similar to bug 1657428 (where devs are already working on a patch) so i assume it's the same underlying issue.
