Hi,
  I read some mail via pop3 using Mozilla (1.1.0 currently, bug occurred in
1.0.0, but I don't think earlier versions).  Most of the time this works fine;
but when I come in in the morning and hit the 'get mail' button it now reliably
ignores me and I have to quit mozilla and restart it after which it works fine
throughout most of the day with a fairly regular getting of mail.  Very
occasionally it gets into this state during the day as well; but it is now
pretty much 100% reliable at having got there by the morning.

  The act of pressing the button in this state seems to elicit no response - the
'm' logo stays still and I don't get a message in the status bar at the bottom
of the window.  No amount of selecting inbox or making sure the right account is
selected seems to help.

So some bugs have been fixed. Is this stil a problem in recent nightlies? Is
this a dupe of bug 142196?
