1658208 - Consider moving "Print using the system dialog…" below the "Print"/"Cancel" buttons in the new printing UI

Having the "Print using the system dialog…" link above the "Print"/"Cancel" buttons in the new printing UI seems clunky to me. The "Print"/"Cancel" buttons are directly related to the settings that are displayed above them, so to me it seems like they should be next to each other, whereas the "Print using the system dialog…" escape hatch, being an espape hatch, should be below the buttons.

Thoughts? Stephen?

In the mocks the system dialog link is in the "More settings" section. We decided to pull it out of there for the time being since there are some settings we haven't implemented yet.

I don't know if we want to move it into the More settings section for 81. It would likely be better to move it before the initial release rather than have it seemingly disappear for people who are expecting to find it in the main footer.

Moving it back might be more of a product decision, but if we have the most common settings implemented then it might be time to move it back instead.

I discussed this with shorlander yesterday and we're moving it into the main settings area. It's included in the UX fixups patch.
