Two finger scrolling of a panel inside the hamburger menu closes the menu.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. open the hamburger menu
  2. select Library
  3. select History
  4. attempt to scroll the history list with a two finger scroll gesture

Results: the menu closes

Expected Results: the menu scrolls

Environment: latest nightly build on Windows 10 with a precision trackpad.

Asa, are you able to run mozregression to see if this is a recent regression? I wouldn't be surprised if this has been an issue since these panels were introduced but I just want to double-check and I don't have a precision trackpad handy at the moment.

I couldn't manage to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 x64 Microsoft surface on Firefox 80.0 and on Firefox 82.0a1. I tried both touchscreen and touchpad two fingers scroll gesture.
Is the issue still reproducible on you side?

Sorry for the delay. This seems fixed. I wonder where that happened.
