Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox
  2. Access Twitter and login
  3. Open for example this channel and scroll a bit

Expected result

  • Scrolling is smooth

Actual result

  • Jerkiness and trembling while scrolling on the page

Additional notes

  • The issue can be seen in the following attachment
  • Firefox 81.0a1 seems to be not affected by this and 79.0 will not even play the gifs/videos
  • macOS 10.15.6 is not affected
