Periodically, Mozilla crashes during a chat session. The chat is taking place
in Community Port Chat - AT&T WorldNet Service. The crash occured in the
process of scrolling the chat window. The current build is Build ID:
2002082808. It would be nice if the MacOS X (10.1.5) version came with a
talkback crash id reporter to trap the information or a Macsbug that worked with
MacOS X (10.1.5).

Frank, Mac OS X does include a crash reporting mechanism. Please see

How can there be intermittent crashes during a chat session? Once it has
crashed, it's not coming back unless you restart it.

Worksforme, Mozilla 1.3 alpha 2002121204, Windows 98.

Reporter, please download and install Mozilla 1.2.1 or later and try this
problem again. Does it still crash?

Please also test it with a fresh profile. You can create a new profile by
running Mozilla with this command:

mozilla -profilemanager
