Change Component Info
The triage owner field for Bugzilla bugs created for the Firefox:Sync component are not populated with the current triage owner as specified in our triage Google calender provided for AutoNag. For instance, Bug 1658691 designates me as triage owner though it was created during the week that Mark Hammond should be triage owner.
FYI: There may be some other process that needs to occur when the calendar is updated for these changes to be reflected in the triage owner field. Either way, any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
This is still on my radar - the person I need to get some clarification from is on PTO until next week.
Autonag isn't part of Bugzilla - issues are tracked https://github.com/mozilla/relman-auto-nag/issues; please raise this issue there.

Turns out there's actually two separate lists of triage owners:
- configured against each Bugzilla component; that's what you see on every bug page
- configured in autonag, via the Google calendar; this is the recipient of its emails.
The triage owner in Bugzilla manually updated via a bugzilla.mozilla.org::Administration bug.
There was talk of providing a mechanism to keep the two lists in sync, however, that work is currently on hold.

I'm a little confused so apologies in advance. Which list is currently populating the triage owner field for firefox:sync bugs? I wasn't aware of a separate list configured for the firefox:sync component as before I requested autonag configuration Mark Hammond was the triage owner for all firefox:sync bugs. If there isn't a way for me to ensure the triage owner aligns with the Google calendar, can autonag for the firefox:sync component be disabled so that Mark is again the triage owner for all tickets?

That's configured in Bugzilla directly – it's a property of each component. It's currently set to you, as of 2020-08-06.

autonag is not part of Bugzilla and is run by a different team - you'll need to chat with them (via the GH repo) to get it reconfigured.
I've updated the Bugzilla component to make Mark the triage owner.
