Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox
2. Enable the new print UI via print.tab_modal.enabled
3. Hit CTRL + P on a long page
4. Attempt to scroll the page with the mouse scroll, while having the cursor positioned on the left or the right of the Print modal

Expected result

• The page can be scrolled

Actual result

• The page can’t be scrolled, unless the cursor is positioned below the Print modal

Suggested severity

• Although the functionality is not broken entirely, I think that S2 is suitable for this issue.

The scrolling shouldn't be allowed. This gets handled by TabDialogBox when we move to that soon.

(Should be fixed by 1653317 so removing the [print2020_v81] whiteboard tag.)

With the latest Nightly - Fx 81.0a1 (2020-08-20) with the Print modal opened, scrolling inside the webpage is no longer possible . I suppose this the intended behavior. Verified across platforms (Windows 10, macOS 10.15 and Ubuntu 18.04).
