In https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/2f9eacd9d3d995c937b4251a5557d95d494c9be1/devtools/client/fronts/targets/target-mixin.js#471 , we call startListeners with an empty array, and don't do anything with the returned value.

The call was made with an empty array, and we weren't using the returned value.
