This is no longer referenced on mobile now. But browser still reference this (https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/3d94f040d68627d07fb06be04a05cad33cda10d4/browser/base/content/browser.js#76). why ?

"Send Video to Device" feature is gone in desktop and mobile, and also,
we removed Presentation API implementation, so this is unnecessary now.
