As soon as I made Firefox my default browser, my web pages are dragging to load, my cursor is all over the place, and multiple windows are opening up when I clicked on Firefox to reach this site

All I did was click Firefox DEFAULT. that’s it

Actual results:

I got a virus Pretty obvious the way everything is lagging

Expected results:

My pc should have been secure using your software

Can you give us more detailed steps on how you encountered a virus? What were you doing previously? Installed Firefox and made the browser the default browser?
I also suggest a full pc scan using a free anti-virus or malware scanning tool.
