When going to the specified URL the picture is not displayed, an empty page
is all you get. The heading states that it is a JPEG Image, 201x198 pixels.
But if you create a small HTML document with an <IMG> tag using this URL as
a source, then the picture is displayed correctly.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the specified URL
Actual Results:
Nothing is displayed
Expected Results:
Displayed the picture

Now it is really confusing... :-)
When the small HTML document is loaded as a "file://" from my own
hard disc, the picture is displayed correctly. But when I load it
from the attachment to this bug then it is not displayed.

Hmmm... Well the URL did work a few hours ago. I should have made
a copy of the file. Well then I assume it is just to close this bug
and state that the fault is not repeatable. Bummer.
