User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:81.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/81.0
Steps to reproduce:
Pressing a button that should open a dialog to upload a file.
Actual results:
File dialog does not open. The problem behaviour may only occur when a Firefox upload is pending.
Expected results:
File dialog should have opened

Can you give us a site example where this issue is encountered so we can have a better grasp at the issue?

Sorry, I now can't reproduce. Feel free to close if you like and if I bump into it again, I'll reopen with more details.
I have this issue with both Facebook and Twitter.
