Sync is not syncing bookmarks after logging into account after a fresh firefox install.

Hi there, sorry you're having issues! From the log you posted (thank you!), this looks like a transient network error—are you able to sync bookmarks now?

Looking at the log, it looks like Sync didn't find any existing bookmarks on the server (0 applied, 0 successfully, 0 failed to apply, 0 newly failed to apply, 0 reconciled), then went to upload about 38k bookmarks from your local profile (Processed change records: {"weak":0,"skipped":38324,"updated":0}). Do those numbers sound about right to you?
