[Affected versions]:

• Firefox Release Candidate 80.0 (Build ID: 20200818235255)

[Affected platforms]:

• Windows 10 x64
• Linux Mint 19.2

[Prerequisites]:

• Have the Firefox browser installed.
• You are enrolled in any of the experiment’s branches (this is best noticed while being enrolled in the "treatment 2" branch).

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the Firefox browser and navigate to the https://www.pornhub.com page.
2. Open a video.
3. Make sure the video is paused.
4. Press "Ctrl+Shift+]" keys.
5. Observe what happens next.

[Expected result]:

• The PiP window is opened.

[Actual result]:

• The PiP window is not opened.

[Notes]:

• The PiP button changes its state as if the PiP window was opened when being enrolled in the "treatment 2" branch.
• This issue is reproducible on all the branches of the experiment.
• I wasn't able to verify this issue on mac OS due to issue 1599376.
• I didn't notice this issue on other video platforms such as Youtube, Twitch, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, or Amazon Prime.
• Attached a screen recording of the issue.

• Tested this with the latest Firefox Nightly 82.0a1 (Build ID: 20200920213416) on Windows 10 x64 and Ubuntu 16.04 x64 and the issue is still reproducible.
• The behavior remains the same as described in the description. The PiP window doesn't open when using the keyboard shortcut on a paused video from Pornhub.
• @Jared, can you please look over this one?
