the mac minis depend on a EDID dongle which doesn't work on the new r8 mac minis we have. This means we need to get tests running without the dongle. The dongle allows the OS screen resolution to be set at 1600x1200, but without the dongle we can set it at 1280x1024. After some small tweaking the majority of tests run fine- now we have a few cases where we need to adjust some expectations or disable in a certain config.

The test assumes that mousemove events are fired with waiting a tick
after synthesizing native mousemove event. However, it's wrong since
synthesizing native mousemove event may run after a tick for waiting
safe time to synthesize a native event.
Depends on D105929

The leave-open keyword is there and there is no activity for 6 months.
