166121 - when opening new compose window, the body is focused then the To: is focused

so if you click New->Message on a slow system and begin typing immediately, the
first few characters are placed in the body, and the rest in the To: box. this
is mozilla 1.1.

I get something like this in build 2003040105 on XP (on a top end laptop).

When the compose window is opened the cursor/focus is in varying places. I've
seen the following so far:
Cursor & Focus in To line (expected behaviour)
Cursor & Focus in body
Cursor in body, Focus in To line
Cursors in To line AND in body, focus in To line

I've not seen the exact behaviour in the original bug, but I can well believe it
happens.

Keith Lea: Are you still seeing this problem with a current build?  I cannot 
duplicate with 1.3 Final or a recent 1.4b nightly, but I remember seeing it in 
1.2.

Keith, just as a note for future bugs, "WorksForMe" would've been a better 
resolution for this.
