User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:80.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/80.0
Steps to reproduce:
log onto scholarone / "mc.manuscriptcentral.com"
once logged in, navigate with any link
session time out message appears, need to re-login
repeat
Actual results:
session time out logged screen appears
Expected results:
navigate within scholar one

Please test if the issue occurs to you in safe mode (add-ons disabled). Here is a link that can help you do that:

Also, can you try this on the latest version of nightly? You can download it from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/

Hi Clara,
Thanks for following up with this. Since I reported it it started working again.
(It is possible that it may have been due to the add on:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/socialfixer/
but I'm not certain about this - very hard to diagnose)
Apologies, I should have provided a link to a specific journal e.g., https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/pops
While the issue was happening it didn't matter what journal I logged into, the issue occurred.
Everything seems to be working at the moment - I'm terribly sorry to have wasted your time.
