Steps to reproduce:
Firefox needs to be open and being used for a period of time (estimate 30 minutes or more) with 5 or more tabs
Actual results:
When browsing websites like Reddit Firefox takes longer than expected to perform an action (click on a post and takes 7 or more seconds and isn't responsive)
Expected results:
Be responsive and perform the action in a reasonable amount of time

Hi,
Can you please test if the issue occurs to you in safe mode (add-ons disabled). Here is a link that can help you do that:

Also, try this on the latest version of nightly. You can download it from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/

@mgaudet and I took a look at this and it is already fixed in FF81 (though the profile in this bug is from FF80). Bug 1657559.
