1662363 - Consider renaming eTopLevel/eChild to ePlatformTopLevel/ePlatformChild

In bug 1653949, we introduced separated ExitFrom type for puppet widget, eTopLevel and eChild now are only used for platform widget, we could consider renaming it to ePlatformTopLevel /ePlatformChild to make thing clearer.
