+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1648255 +++
In Bug 1618285 and Bug 1648255 we added several Taskcluster secrets for updatebot. I need another one, this time for the configuration file needed by the cloud sql proxy.
Will create and attach a patch....
