User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020826
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020826

I was attemping to right click on a link that went to a video file and Save Link
Target As, worked for a bit..But then after a few files, it simply stopped
working. I cannot get it to work. It is not dependent upon the location of the
server from where these links lead to. After right clickign w/the mouse, nothing
appears.

It is more likely to work a while, then completely stop working. Versus being
sporadic in its ability to function or not.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a site with embedded links to another server that contain video information
2.Right click Save Target Link As
3.Sometimes D/L manager works..sometimes it doesn't

Actual Results:
Download Manager doesn't work at all.

Expected Results:
Popped up a box to save the file and allowed me to select a place to save the file.

This problem is consistent for me, no files are saved, the Download Manager does
not pop up, no errors are reported.

For instance, I tried saving both the page, and the *source* link (right click,
save target as). Neither was copied, no files and no folders were created in
the targe directory.
