crash happened twice in one hour, once with winamp and once with microsoft word.
first crash: winamp playing and I tried to start mozilla. second crash: working
in ms word and tried to ALT+TAB between word and mozilla windows. crash was so
dire that CTRL+ALT+DELETE window wouldn't launch, I had to turn off the machine
and turn it back on.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.launch ms word
2. launch mozilla
3.alt tab between windows OR
1. launch winamp, play song
2. open mozilla (either by keyboard or mouse) 

Actual Results:  
crash, total software lockup

Expected Results:  
alt tab smoothly between application windows. not lock up when starting mozilla
while winamp is playing.

I didn't even get a bluescreen or a message. The entire machine simply locked
up, with windows half-open, winamp skipping, etc.
