I copy some text to the clipboard, go to this site, and cannot paste the text
into the search box.

Reporter, what version of mozilla are you running  ? 
Use the "about:" URI in your location bar to tell us
the build ID.

I'm seeing intermittent problems entering text into textboxes on Linux
2002-08-30-05.  I haven't tested with this morning's build yet.  I first saw
this problem last night when attempting to fill out macys.com's registration
page.  This morning I saw the problem on Isterra's (my long-distance telephone
service provider's) billing site.

In the case of macys.com, I couldn't even focus the textbox.  Nothing happened
when I clicked in it and tried to type.  In the case of Isterra, I could focus
the textbox (the cursor appeared when I clicked in it), but I couldn't type
anything, and after trying to type a few characters Mozilla's throbber started
animating and it said it was sending a request to the site, but the site never
returned a response.

Hmm, the Isterra site's problems also occur in Mozilla 1.0 and seem to be caused
by an onFocus="this.blur()" on the relevant text field.

Works for me 20021105.  I guess they updated the site.  No this.blur() in the
page source.
