On the front page of mozilla.org, in the announcement of Netscape 7, the "Release Notes" link points to <http://wp.netscape.com/eng/mozilla/ns7/relnotes/7.html#prefs> while it should point to <http://wp.netscape.com/eng/mozilla/ns7/relnotes/7.html>
