we should use bugzilla's. this is yet another case for a Webtools module.
despot already already lets you change your password.

timeless, I don't get your point. if someone doesn't know he can change his password with despot, how does your change change anything? Anyway, what _is_ your suggested change?
roc knows he can change his password if he knew his password. roc doesn't know his password. i think bugzilla originally had the same problem then bugzilla was given the "request password" option which caused it to send the password to the email address. this kind of worked but for various reasons token.cgi was introduced so that you can never get your original password back and instead are just given a token which allows you to set a new password.
