This bug seems to happen randomly
Expected behavior
In a web page characters should load normaly
Actual behavior
Many characters are not loading normaly at all

I followed up with the reporter on github about this, and they said they haven't seen it for a while. So we plan to go ahead and ship webrender to Mali-Gxx, but will keep an eye out for this issue.
