While accessing phabricator-dev I'm getting the attached error.
Also besides this it seems the authentication via bugzilla-dev doesn't work, I'm getting the following error:
Authentication provider ("BMO") encountered an error while attempting to log in. Login using Bugzilla requires multi-factor authentication to be enabled in Bugzilla. Please enable multi-factor authentication in your Bugzilla preferences and try again.

More context, we would like to deploy https://github.com/mozilla/code-review/pull/684 and we would like to test the change on staging before!
Logging into phabricator-dev works for me.

As per that error, you need to have MFA enabled in BMO in order to log into Phabricator.

My Bugzilla account for staging has 2FA and still there is the first problem reported.
Please provide steps to reproduce the error; I can't reproduce it by visiting the URL in your comment, not are there any other reports of issues with phabricator-dev.
Your bpostelnicu@mozilla.com account on bugzilla-dev.allizom.org does not have 2FA enabled.
