Background Picture does not display on received mail

Used Netscape 7 RTM Build

1)Used AOL client and send email with background picture
2)Check the received mail from Netscape 7 client
Actual Results: Background Picture does not display on received mails for Netscape 7

Additional Info: 
Background picture displays on AOL, Outlook & Eudora mail clients,
but does not display on Netscape 7 Client.

Expected results: 
Background picture should display on received mails of Netscape 7 Client without
problems.

karen, can you do a View | Message Source from the message and attach the result
here?

maybe it's a mime bug?
