Steps to reproduce:
- Open https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1664255
- Click a image link in attachment pane
i.e "black-panther-chadwick-boseman-wakanda-forever-salute-uhdpaper.com-4K-7.2713.jpg"
Actual Results:
Screen dimmed and "loading" forever
Expected results:
Adequate message(an error message) should display properly
