1664509 - buildhub link is wrong for Fenix product

On crash stats, when looking at a crash report, there's a "buildhub" link to the buildhub record for that build id. That's only right for products where there are builds in Buildhub.

This covers removing that link for products that don't have builds in Buildhub.

Making this a P2 to do soon. I'll use the new product details infrastructure to turn that link on/off.
