main page of http://www.atlasfiltri.com shows only "banner" in Mozilla, while in
some primitive browser page is navigavle/accessible
If you remove <frameset COLS="*" BORDER=0 FRAMEBORDER=no> and it's corresponding
</frameset> the page does work under mozilla (and other browsers), not too sure
why with it in it confuses mozilla though.

yup, their frameset code is a mess. they only need one frameset.
