We will soon be ready to roll out our Firefox 81 version to GA.

We are aiming to get to 100% release by 9/22 which is the beginning of the September Marketing campaign.

We'll tag the 81.1.0 release build from the releases/v81.1.1 branch and send it to QA on Sept 15.

The rough rollout plan will look like:
Sept 17 : 5%
Sept 18: 25%
Sept 21: 50% (or 100% if we are confident)
Sept 21 pm: request 100% rollout by :jcristau (so it will be at 100% early Sept 22)

We got QA signoff for 81, so we can actually start the Release rollout today!

I just tagged and released a new version (without the RC suffix) 81.1.0, so please promote that to 5%.

We will expect to make a dot release later this week to pick up a new version of GV 81 for bug 1663125, and possibly 1 more after that for a search bug.

Release 81.1.0 rolled out to 5% across all countries.

Just finished the 81.1.1 build that includes the GV 81 RC2, so we can roll that build out to 25%.

A few crashes but the fixes are in 82 and they seem low-volume enough that we will ride the trains.

Fenix 81.1.2 was signed off by QA and I've pushed it to the Release channel at 25% rollout, per Slack discussion with Stefan. Reopening the bug for the eventual bump to 100%.

I will also need to update a telemetry docs update, to bump our expiry by 2 weeks to catch the 82 Beta.

I just made one more update, 81.1.4 bumping only the telemetry expiry by 2 weeks. I'm prioritizing one of the bugs we're seeing in the release, but I will check Sentry quickly in the morning. We can either bump this 81.1.4 to 25%, or can wait on me to check sentry morning oct 8.

Please roll 81.1.5 to 20%, and we'll go to 100% on Monday.
