We do not partition the intermediate CA cache. Intermediate preloading addresses the tracking issue. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1334485#c23 and https://wiki.mozilla.org/Security/CryptoEngineering/Intermediate_Preloading
Therefore we don't need tests for this.
