After using cancel-all (to stop Bug 1665084), trying to add a single copy of "test-android-hw-g5-7-0-arm7-api-16-shippable/opt-browsertime-tp6m-fenix-cold-ebay-kleinanzeigen-search-e10s" fails to do anything.

The referenced log no longer exists, I don't think there's anything actionable we can do here.
