Details

Locally, the conditioned profiles that are used are always the newest ones. This is problematic if we want to test on older commtis where the profile might not be compatible. We should pick our conditioned profile based on the parent mozilla-central commit (perhaps using the toolchain artifacts in some way / bug 1665153).
