Our implementation is rather lax when handling XML namespaces. Most servers are too, but I'd rather tighten up what we do to prevent future mistakes. Some URL handling is a bit sloppy too.

Also in this bug I'll be teaching the fake server for tests to mimic the Yahoo! server, in preparation for bug 1662979.
