After failing to decrypt a message, the banner in the message pane saying it failed never goes away

When viewing a message for which you do not have the key to decrypt, a very thin white banner appears at the top of the message pane saying "The secret key that is required to decrypt this message is not available." This banner never goes away, even after opening a different message in the message pane.
Which is amusing when subsequently viewing an encrypted message which you CAN decrypt.

Just tested. This is working fine on 91. -> WFM
