When I start any browser window I see an unusual section at bottom of the window; it contains the follow in red: <menuitem position="5" label="&venkmanCmd.label;" --^ <key id="key_irc" key="&ircCmd.commandkey;" command="Tasks:IRC" modifiers="accel"/>
