What:
Add the partner.distribution_id to installer and uninstaller pings.
This information is currently not being recorded.
Why:
We would like to be able to separate the install and uninstall from those channels from other channels.

The uninstall ping design changed so that it includes the distribution_id initially.

Hey, following up on this, can we get this work (specifically getting distribution_id into the install pings (moz-fx-data-shared-prod.firefox_installer.install) re prioritized?
Missing this piece of data is blocking creating funnel views for partner funnel.
