Hi w0wkin,
I also tried this on a Windows 10 x64 OS on the latest Firefox Release 80.0.1 and got the A+ score for BufferBoat and Quality (overall A+) 516 megabit/s and 364.2 megabit/s.
If you have any addons on Firefox can you disable them and re-run the test on the page?
I don't know what else I need to disable. Firefox is in safe mode — http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest/65680019
Also tried complete reset of FF. No changes. Will try other PC later.
Ok, other PC on the same network, same Windows 10 OS level, same FF version test is overall OK.
Same PC but under UBUNTU and FF latest — all is OK.
Same PC and OS, but running in Windows Sandbox — Bufferbloat is A+
So there is something that coming from Windows OS to FF.
Do not have any of virus/antivirus installed or enabled.
Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, I don't have any idea what could impact the bufferbloat on that specific Windows OS but I am moving this over to networking so developers can weight in and most probably know better what could cause and further needed info. The antivirus check was a good practice tho.
Please also provide the system info from about:support from the Windows OS where this issue is reproducible.

http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest is not working for me on desktop platform (MacOS, Windows), in either Firefox or Chrome
If anyone can reproduce the bug, please feel free to re-open with comments.
