Details

Firefox added support for setting semi-arbitrary preferences via enterprise policies. Access is controlled via prefix, whitelist, and an exclude list.

Oh no. We actually had a bug for that. sigh

I wish I had seen that earlier. We did uplift support in TB91 (Bug 1707210), but for TB78 we missed it.
