Steps to reproduce:

open thunderbird -> go to Calendar -> New activity -> Fill some data -> click Save
Window will stuck on open status.
Even when Thunderbird will shut down, window will remain open still using console to manually closte is

Actual results:

window remain open

Expected results:

windows closed and command executed

ivano, do you see any error messages in the so calles "Error Console"? You can find it using the menu "Tools" -> "Developer Tools" -> "Error Console".

If it was a common problem there would be other reports, so we need to gather additional information to narrow down possible causes. If you should use the add-on "Provider for Google Calendar", then there are known issues at https://github.com/kewisch/gdata-provider which match your vague description.
