In bug we're planning to increase back the size of the databases from treeherder-prototype & treeherder-staging. But this should be just a temporary solution, so that the hosts have enough room to build the new (and huge) database constraints.

Once these constraints are build & some of the broken down subtasks from meta bug 1665857 will start to pay off (by considerably reducing the size of the huge performance_datum table, which caused the problem with the huge constraints in the 1st place), we should reduce the storage size of these databases back to their previous value.

(Note that bug 1665857 has the size of an epic, which will spread across multiple sprints.)
