Reproducible: always if page is scrolled
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Bug e.g. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1665838
- Click an attachment link
--- you can see the attached image in full height - Close the overlaid image viewer
- Scroll page so that attached is just below the header
- Click an attachment link again
--- the attached image is truncated now
Actual results:
the overlaid image viewer is truncated if page is scrolled
Expected results:
the overlaid image viewer should be full in height regardless of page scroll position

So when is this going to land on BMO? This is quite nasty a workflow breaker!!!
