Supporting Information

Users don't love Safari, but we don't have details on why: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1vxG1cwumxbpsL8Peoye2XSU0yyuG9xmWZeQfmYIGIT0/edit#slide=id.g838d78c12e_5_13

Hey Sharon,
The details in that doc are part of what spawned this request. There are several mentions of users "settling for Safari" or "not happy with or loyal to Safari," but we don't know what it is that causes that feeling. Are there specific pain points or aspects that feel inadequate in Safari that we could address?

This work got lost in the shuffle, and we ended up referencing what we could glean from existing user research for the purposes of planning.
