are you okay with the tar.gz or did you want all the wheels?

I tried doing a push that broke because installation of the package via Pip failed. Looking over the log, it looks like the wheel wasn't found so it tried to build the package from source, which failed. Does that make sense to you? Are we missing one of the Windows wheels?

EDIT: this build is actually a cross-build from Linux.
