Not sure whether this page changed since I filed the bug or I misinterpreted the issue. There's a big jank happening caused by JS execution, and a <500ms bit of svg rasterization happening on the content main thread (no blob image). Nothing much happening on the WebRender side.

Matching what Nical said, I see some large spikes in texture cache update (and thus renderer time) for a few frames every now and then, everything else looks good.
