When the browser controls a video via either the picture-in-picture controls, or e.g. the context menu on video elements, sometimes webpage player controls do not respond correctly. Similar issues would happen if e.g. assistive technology interacted directly with the video state, as the internal state of these HTML/JS-based players does not respond correctly to events and then clobbers user state (play/pause state, or volume / muted state, play speed, etc.).

This metabug tracks such issues which are often site-specific.
